How to prepare the pancake mixture

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender until it’s a good mixture and a bit airy
  2. When the mixture is done you can put the mixture in a heated pan with coconut oil, oil spray
  3. Put the mixture in the pan from the middle and stop until you reached the size you like.
  4. Let it cook until you see the edges becoming brown. That’s the time to flip the pancake.
  5. Now you let the other side cook for a few minutes until the other side is also brown enough.
  6. Put your baked pancakes on a plate.
  7. Once your pancake tower is completed you can add different toppings you like.

Once your tower is completed and topped you can definitely enjoy it!
