Protein fluff (light and fluffy) ready within 10 minutes

This recipe is one of my favourites that I use overtime, because it gives me a great satisfied feeling with a low calorie intake. This recipe also contains only a few ingredients so you can make it really easy and almost everywhere. If you now Campina zacht&luchtig (light & airy) from the Netherlands and like fruits, than you would love this recipe definitely!

Macro nutrients of this meal are:

Without protein bar topping!

  • Fat 1.1 gram
  • Carbs 20.3 gram
  • Protein 60.7 gram

with a total calorie intake of 352 Kcal

What you need to prepare:

  • Blender (mixer)
  • Scale
  • Bowl
  • Spoon

The ingredients you need:

  • 100 Gram French low fat quark
  • 150 Gram Frozen black forest fruit
  • 50 Gram Whey isolate
  • 110 ML Drink yoghurt (I used zero fat Lime flavour)

The protein bar I added is not counted with the macro nutrient intake but definitely worth to add some crunch to it! if you need more protein and carbs definitely add something extra to it.

I used the X core protein snack from Prozis 1 box of 12 bars is only €7,99 and the zero chocolate syrup is also from Prozis.

How to Prepare:

  1. Get a blender and a scale (to be accurate)
  2. Get all the ingredients together.
  3. Put the blender on the scale and set him on 0.0 gram.
  4. Put all the ingredients in the blender (once you reached the quantity of every ingredient, you put the scale back to zero).
  5. Once you put all the ingredients in the blender you put him on till everything is crushed and fluffy.
  6. Put the fluff into a bowl.
  7. Now you can add any toppings like zero chocolate syrup, protein bar, any fruit etc.
