You can play with the ingredients by your self, there are a lot more possibilities like adding more carbs, veggies, protein when you need more or maybe less for that particular day.

If you would like to add a sauce to your sweet potato fries or your veggies, you could use any kind of zero calorie sauce! I used zero ketchup with spices from Prozis. I really prefer this sauce because you can add this sauce almost to any kind of dinner that you consume!

How to cook?

  1. Take all the ingredients together. (Veggies, prawns, sweet potato)
  2. Pre-heat the air fryer (oven) on 200 degrees.
  3. Cut the sweet potato into fries.
  4. Cut the vegetables you use into small pieces.
  5. Put the fries in the food bag and add any seasoning you would like on your sweet potato fries into the bag. Close the bag and shake the seasoning together with the fries.
  6. Put the fries in the pre heated air fryer (oven) for about 20 minutes on 200 degrees.
  7. Put the pan on a low fire with oil in it.
  8. Add the prawns into the pan and add the seasoning (garlic powder) and let them warm up (I used pre cooked prawns so they only have to warm up.
  9. Once the prawns are warmed up you can add all the vegetables to it.
  10. When the potato fries are finished you can add them on a plate together with the prawns and the veggies.
